Shipping Policy
Q. When will my order be sent?
A. Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri before 1400hrs . Orders received after 12 noon will be sent the following WORKING dayif in stock. We do not ship orders at weekends or on bank holidays. We ARE NOT held responsible for delays in delivery.
Q. How will my order be sent?
A. UK MAINLAND ONLY order will be sent by Royal mail. This service is nextday special delivery for order values over £100.00. For smaller items e.g. a single tube of Hair Tint would be sent via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. For other parts of the UK such as Northern Island, Isle of Wight, Jersey etc your order will be sent via Royal Mail.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be sent by FEDEX, DHL OR UPS. Order values under £100 will be sent by airmail unless buyer purchases special delivery rates.
Q. How will my lace wig be delivered?
A. All lace wigs are ordered from our manufacturer in China. If they are not a stock item, each wig will be custom made which could take between 4-6 weeks, and a further 5 days to arrive into the UK. Once your wig arrives it will be checked and sent by special delivery and will require a signature. Please read Terms & Conditions of Lace wig supply.
Q. What will I be charged for delivery?
A. Delivery charges vary depending on weight and how quickly you want the item, you can clearly track your delivery charge in the cart system.
Q. Can you ship orders overseas?
A. Yes, please choose your shipping option for your location from the payment screen.
Q. What if my ordered item(s) is not in stock?
A. On the extremely rare occasion an item(s) is out of stock you will be contacted by e-mail with an estimated delivery date.
