Q. I have a faulty product what do I do? A. If the product is under 28 days old you can return it to us in a as new condition and we will exchange it for new. If the product is over 28 days old and falls within the manufacturers guarantee we will repair the item and return it to you as soon as possible. Guarantee lengths vary from item to item please check your guarantee card which came with your product.

We DO NOT sell products on a trial basis. In the event that you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return UNUSED & UN-OPENED goods within 7 days for a full refund (excluding delivery and a £5 administration charges).
Returns Policy for hair product We will be happy to exchange any unit for you, provided the following terms are met;
1. You should ensure that you advise us that you wish to exchange your unit within 48 hours of receipt.
2. The unit is to be returned in its original packaging and condition. No exceptions to this will be made.
3. The unit should not have been worn, altered, coloured, cut or used in any other way.
4. You will be responsible for bearing the cost of returning an exchange item to you.
5. We do not offer cash refunds but do offer credit notes, redeemable against any alternative item in our store
6. If any of the above stipulations have not been met, we reserve the right to return your original unit to you at your cost.
7. We do not take responsibility for late deliveries
8. In some exceptional circumstances and in the event that we decide to offer a refund, we will do so minus our reasonable costs incurred in the process of placing the original order and this is at our discretion
